Jason`s wide range of experience translates to an innate understanding of the real estate process and a complete command of the transaction from start to finish. This insight enables Jason to identify and recognize the thought processes and motives behind decisions which drive the Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, and/or Seller. Starting off in his career, Jason’s original focus was that of REO dispositions and note sales, debtor/creditor workouts, and obtaining funding for investment properties. This focus has naturally transitioned into investment sales of both distressed and performing office/retail assets, working with both private investors and financial institutions alike. His background in finance is a welcome addition to the Firm, as he has an in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and evaluation of real estate assets.

EDUCATION

Jason received his Bachelor`s degree from the University of Colorado in Finance, also completing certificate programs in Real Estate and International Business. Throughout his college career he was active in the banking and financial services industry, establishing a list of contacts within Colorado and Texas. Jason played on the Lacrosse team while attending the University of Colorado.

PERSONAL

Jason is a former high-school and college athlete and still enjoys an active lifestyle. While not at work, Jason enjoys weight training, playing golf and tennis.
